What this site is
Gadazidet is a directory of moving, cargo-transport and waste-removal companies in Tbilisi. Each service has its own page describing what the work involves, what the price depends on and how to choose a provider — and listing the providers who do that work.
A booking is always made directly with the provider: their telephone number is on the card and the call goes to them.
What this site does not do
Stated plainly, so there is no misunderstanding:
- the site does not perform moves and has no crews of its own
- the site does not take bookings and does not schedule call-outs
- the site takes no commission from work performed
- the price is set and confirmed by the provider, not by the site
- in a dispute between a provider and a customer, the site is not an intermediary
How providers get listed
Providers reach the site in one of two ways: either they contact us, or we approach a provider operating in Tbilisi and offer them a listing. Listing starts free of charge.
Before listing, we check that the telephone number works and that the provider really performs the service they are being listed for. We carry out no other checks — not of licences, not of insurance, not of financial standing. That is precisely why nowhere on this site does it say that a provider is verified, high-quality or the best on the market: we have no basis for such a judgement.
What “phone checked” means
That, and only that, on the date shown we called this number and the right provider answered.
It is not an assessment of quality, reliability or price. It does not mean the provider holds a licence, insurance or a contract. It means only that the number works and that your call will not go nowhere.
How paid placement works
Position in the list and payment are two different things, and they are labelled separately. The label VIP placement means only that the entry sits higher in the list. The label Paid placement means that the listing has been paid for.
An entry may carry one of them, both, or neither: an ordinary-position listing can be paid, and a VIP position can be temporary and free. Both labels are always visible; there is no disguised advertising on this site.
- Neither position nor payment means better quality — nor that the provider passed any additional check.
- Paid placement does not change reviews or star ratings.
- Paid placement does not delete or hide a negative review.
- External links on a paid listing are marked with the
rel="sponsored"attribute — a required signal for search engines. Links on free and trial entries do not carry it, because nothing has been paid for there.
Where provider data comes from
Every fact shown on a card or a profile comes from the provider itself, confirmed by telephone. An advert’s text, an account name or a photograph from another site is no basis for it: an account name is not a business name, and a photograph is published only once the provider has given permission for it.
If a parameter is not shown on a card, that means it has not been confirmed — not that the answer is no. An empty field here is deliberately empty.
The same applies to geography: an intercity route means transporting a load between cities, not local service in the destination city. Those two are separate fields.
How reviews are collected
Reviews come only from the form on this site. We do not take or merge in scores from Google, Facebook or other sites — those are those platforms’ ratings, not ours.
- Every review is checked for spam before publication. Nothing is published automatically.
- A provider cannot have a genuine negative review removed. Only spam, abuse, and reviews of work that never took place are removed.
- An average score and stars appear only once a provider has at least 3 published reviews. A “5.0” calculated from a single review misleads the reader.
- We ask for a telephone number or email in the form only for verification — they are never published.
Which services we cover
Tbilisi and its surroundings only. Intercity runs are agreed separately with the providers.
