This policy applies to the site gadazidet.ge and describes what data we collect, what we use it for, and how you can request its deletion. The data controller is Gadazidet.
Important: Gadazidet is a provider-comparison site and does not perform moves. If you call a provider directly, it is that provider who receives your details — not this site. We have no information whatsoever about such calls.
What data we collect
Only what you enter yourself into the site’s forms:
- Contact form: name, email address, telephone number (optional), company name and the text of your message
- Review form: name, rating, review text, which service it was and when the work took place
- A telephone number or email address given in the review form is not published. We use it only to contact you if necessary and to confirm that the review is genuine
We do not collect and do not ask for bank card details, personal identification numbers or passport details. No payment takes place on this site.
What we use it for
- to answer your enquiry
- to list, correct or remove a provider entry
- to check a review for spam and publish it
We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for advertising purposes. We do not send marketing messages.
What is published publicly
From a published review the following is publicly visible: the name (exactly as you gave it), the rating, the review text, which service it was and the approximate date of the work. Contact details are never published.
If you would rather your name were not shown, give only an initial or a pseudonym — the review will be published with that.
Data about listed providers
The provider information published on the site — name, telephone number, services, prices, photographs — comes from the providers themselves or from public sources. If you represent a provider and want an entry corrected or removed, write to us at info@gadazidet.ge — we will correct it or remove it.
Web analytics
Web analytics is currently not enabled on this site: no statistics script is loaded and no corresponding cookies are set. What follows describes what would happen if it is enabled later.
When analytics is enabled, one additional event is counted alongside the standard statistics — provider_contact_click: a press on a provider’s contact button. Only the following is sent with that event:
- the provider’s system identifier (for example,
alfa-trans) - the service page identifier (for example,
avejis-gadazidva) - the contact channel: telephone, WhatsApp, Viber, website or Facebook — and, where a number is concealed to begin with, a request to show it is counted separately
- the provider’s position in the list, its placement type and its listing status
- the site language you were reading when you pressed the button
- the address of the page where you pressed the button
What we do not send: telephone numbers, names, email addresses, message text or any form field. That data never reaches analytics.
An important clarification: this event means a button press, not a completed call. The site has no information about whether you called, who answered or what you agreed — that conversation is between you and the provider.
Advertising features are switched off: we do not use Google Ads integration, ad personalisation or Google Signals. We do not show a banner asking for consent when you arrive — instead, this page describes openly what is collected and gives you the switch to turn it off right here.
On this device
Web analytics is currently not enabled at all — the site loads no statistics script. If it is enabled later, the choice below will still apply on this device.
The opt-out is stored only in this browser, on this device. If you clear your browser data or visit from another device, you will need to make the choice again. Alternatively, your browser’s built-in protection or Google’s official opt-out extension may be useful to you.
Who else has access
- the hosting provider on whose server the site is held
- the form-processing service through which a message reaches us
- Google, as the web-analytics provider, if analytics is enabled — to the extent described above
- an authorised state body, where the law requires it
Cookies
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Enabled web analytics sets its own cookies for statistical purposes; the opt-out above stops that too on this device. You can also block cookies in your browser settings — this will not hinder the site, and every contact button will work exactly as before.
How long we keep it
We keep contact correspondence until the matter is resolved, and for a reasonable period afterwards. A published review remains on the site until you ask for it to be removed. Contact details given in the review form are deleted once verification is complete.
Your rights
In accordance with Georgian legislation, you have the right to request information about what data we hold about you, to request its correction, updating or deletion, and to withdraw consent given earlier. This applies to a review you have left as well.
To do so, write to us at info@gadazidet.ge. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period.
Changes
This policy may be updated. If it changes, the update date on this page will change with it.
